So this requires some background information....
I have a this really nice Nikon camera and with it I like to pretend I am photographer. Well, over the past year or so I have managed to take some pretty cool pictures with it. I have also said I have always wanted to make a collage (of some sort) of my favorite pictures. This is where my craftiness comes into play.
I took the left over piece of wood from my Hollow No More craft, bought some brushes,a bottle of decoupage and then ordered like 10-15 of my favorite photos from Walgreens. This is all I needed to begin my photo collage.
Once I picked out all the photos I loved and fit best together I laid them out on the wood. Next I used the decoupage to secure them to the wood and then proceeded to spread the decoupage over them. All that was left to do was wait and see how it turned out once it was all dried.
I have to say I am pretty pleased with the outcome. What do you think?
(p.s My next project will be a bow holder for my friend's little girl)

Running Anyone?
Well folks I must admit I am not doing so well with this whole running goal. I was doing really well running just about everyday around campus for about 2 weeks maybe. However the weather decided not to cooperate with me and then school got out of hand! Actually school continues to be out of hand but I am told it's worth it. ;)
I try to go to the gym now to run on the treadmill about once a week. Right now I am up to 4 miles and it takes about an hour. I figure it will take me almost an hour and a half to run the full 6 miles. I know it's slow but I am a work in progress.
This up coming week and during Mardi Gras break I am planning on bumping it up to 6 miles and trying to cut at least 5-10 mins off my time. I have a little less than 2 months before the Crescent City Classic!!
WISH ME LUCK!!!
